The card-type sterilizer is commonly used in stomatology, ophthalmology, ENT, gynecology, endoscopy, operating room and other small surgical instruments sterilization. The product can be heated up to 135 degrees in only 2-3 minutes, which greatly reduces the heating time and improves the working efficiency than the sterilizers in the market. It also provides very convenient and simple operation in terms of use. Users can set the sterilization time, sterilization temperature and drying time according to different sterilization objects and save them under the corresponding buttons (metal instruments, packaged instruments and non-metallic instruments) for the next use.
1、Fast sterilization speed
Minimum 6-7 minutes to complete the sterilization process of metal instruments, improve the turnover rate of the use of instruments, shorten the time of the instruments exposed to high temperatures, extend the service life of the instruments, reduce maintenance costs. This is a new concept: speed = saving money.
2、No need to wrap the instruments
Small size, light weight, wide environmental requirements, easy to operate. Sterilization box itself is a good carrier, can temporarily store and transport instruments to prevent re-contamination before use.
3、No need to store extra instruments
It is safe and reliable. (No package sterilization is more reliable!)
4、Small temperature and pressure changes, short heating time. Can relatively extend the service life of instruments.
5、When there is unqualified water quality, lack of water, etc. will be alarmed and prompted. In the sterilization process, such as low temperature and low pressure, the system will run automatically and display the error message on the screen and print.
6、Positive pressure to discharge air to achieve the effect of vacuum (no vacuum pump)
Pressurization and decompression of the two basic principles of exhaust are the same, are due to the pressure and temperature inside the sterilization chamber than outside the chamber, the colder air is discharged to the outside of the chamber. Vacuum sterilizers use a vacuum pump to reduce the pressure outside the sterilization chamber so that air is moved from the high-pressure sterilization chamber to the outside of the lower-pressure vacuum pump. A cassette sterilizer, on the other hand, creates an internal and external pressure differential by increasing the pressure inside the sterilization chamber. The difference is that a vacuum, which creates a “negative pressure” below atmospheric pressure in the sterilization chamber, pulls the air out. The card-type sterilizer, on the other hand, is to make the sterilization chamber to produce a higher than atmospheric pressure “positive pressure”, when the air is discharged. Positive sterilizers can truly be called “fast” and “efficient” sterilization.
